About My Safe Spaces
My Safe Spaces is more than a startup — it's a movement to make mental wellbeing accessible, measurable, and human.
My Safe Spaces is an AI-powered mental wellness platform delivering measurable wellbeing outcomes across four verticals — Schools (SWISS: Student Wellness and Institutional Safety Standards), Personal, Workplace, and Professional development. We combine human clinical expertise with technology, applied research through SWISS Labs, and CPD-accredited learning to support students, individuals, working professionals, and the institutions that serve them.
The Role
We are opening five Sales Manager positions — one each in Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, and Jaipur. Each is a quota-carrying, field-based role owning a single city and the territory around it. You will build your own pipeline, sell to schools and corporates, and close.
This is early-stage sales. There is no inherited account list and no inbound queue to work through. You will build the target list yourself, get in front of principals, trustees, and HR heads, run a considered multi-stakeholder sale, and see it through to a signed agreement. What you will have behind you is a real product, clinical credibility, research from SWISS Labs, and a marketing team generating air cover in your market.
We are looking for someone already rooted in their city — who knows the school and corporate landscape, speaks the local language, and can open a door because of who they already know. Each Sales Manager reports to the Regional Sales Head.
Your Territory
Chennai
- Tamil Nadu & the south-east
- A dense CBSE, matriculation, and international school network, plus a growing corporate base. Tamil strongly preferred.
Bengaluru
- Karnataka
- Deep ICSE, CBSE, and international school market alongside India's largest concentration of corporate wellbeing and CSR budgets.
Mumbai
- Maharashtra & the west
- Premium private schools and trusts, plus corporate headquarters with established CSR and employee-wellbeing spend.
Delhi NCR
- Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad
- Our home market and highest school density, with the closest access to leadership, clinical teams, and delivery support.
Jaipur
- Rajasthan & the tier-2 north
- A fast-growing private school market with less competition and more travel — the territory to own if you like building from scratch.
Apply for one city. Each position is filled independently, and you will be assigned the surrounding state and tier-2 towns alongside the metro.
What You'll Sell
Schools — SWISS
- K-12 & higher education
- Your primary line. Certification and wellbeing programs sold to principals, trustees, boards, and school networks.
Workplace — CREW
- Corporate teams
- Employee wellbeing programs and workshops sold to HR, People, and CSR leaders across your city.
Professional — ELEVATE
- Practitioners & learners
- CPD-accredited training sold into institutions for their counsellors, teachers, and staff cohorts.
Personal
- Individuals
- Not a direct sale for you, but institutional wins open the door — student, parent, and employee subscriptions follow.
What You'll Do
Pipeline & prospecting
- Build and maintain your own target list of schools, school networks, trusts, colleges, and corporates across the assigned territory.
- Run outbound cold — calls, visits, email, LinkedIn, and referrals — and generate the majority of your own pipeline.
- Identify and reach the people who actually decide: principals, trustees, correspondents, school boards, HR heads, and CSR leads.
- Represent My Safe Spaces at education fairs, principal forums, HR conferences, and community events in your city.
Selling & closing
- Own the full cycle — first conversation, needs discovery, demo, proposal, pricing, negotiation, and signature.
- Run a multi-stakeholder sale with patience: institutional decisions involve committees, budget cycles, and academic calendars.
- Hit monthly and quarterly targets for accounts closed and revenue booked, agreed with the Regional Sales Head.
- Coordinate pilots, demos, and school visits with the clinical and delivery teams, and prepare the ground so they land well.
Territory ownership
- Treat the city as a business: know the school clusters, the boards, the fee bands, the corporate parks, and who your competitors are talking to.
- Plan and execute your own travel across the metro and into tier-2 and tier-3 towns in the assigned state.
- Build local relationships that compound — associations, principal networks, consultants, and existing customers who will refer you.
Handover & expansion
- Hand every closed account cleanly to Customer Success so the customer reaches value quickly and the relationship survives onboarding.
- Stay close to your accounts through the first term, and surface expansion into additional campuses, verticals, and tiers.
- Support renewals and certification cycles alongside Customer Success and the vertical heads.
Forecasting & CRM discipline
- Keep the CRM current — every account, contact, stage, next step, and close date, updated as things happen and not at month end.
- Provide an honest weekly pipeline and forecast, including deals that have gone quiet.
- Bring market intelligence back — pricing pressure, competitor moves, objections you keep hearing, and what the market is actually asking for.
Conduct & compliance
- Represent the product accurately. Never promise clinical outcomes, diagnoses, or results the platform does not deliver.
- Handle student, staff, and institutional data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023 — including anything collected during pilots and demos.
- Apply particular care in the school vertical, where the end users are minors and our safeguarding obligations apply from the first conversation.
- Keep commercial conversations separate from clinical ones — a counselling relationship is never carried into a sales conversation.
General
- Perform other duties as
