About My Safe Spaces My Safe Spaces is more than a startup — it's a movement to make mental wellbeing accessible, measurable, and human. My Safe Spaces is an AI-powered mental wellness platform delivering measurable wellbeing outcomes across four verticals — Schools (SWISS: Student Wellness and Institutional Safety Standards), Personal, Workplace, and Professional development. We combine human clinical expertise with technology, applied research through SWISS Labs, and CPD-accredited learning to support students, individuals, working professionals, and the institutions that serve them. The Role The Ecosystem Lead builds and holds the relationships that carry My Safe Spaces into the world — schools and school networks, universities and psychology departments, corporates and CSR teams, NGOs, professional bodies, and practitioner communities. You will source and manage key partnerships, own our Internship Program end to end, take an active part in our ELEVATE training programs, and support delivery across SWISS and CREW. This is a deliberately hybrid role. Part of your week is outbound — building target lists, opening conversations cold, pitching, negotiating, and following through to signature. The other part is practice — delivering counselling and bringing a clinical lens to how our programs are designed and run. We are looking for a trained psychologist or counsellor who is genuinely at ease with an outreach list, or an outbound professional with real clinical training behind them. The role is based in Gurgaon (preferred), remote-friendly, and offered full-time, with part-time considered for the right candidate. Where You'll Work Partnerships & Ecosystem - Institutions, corporates, NGOs - Source, negotiate, and hold the partnerships that open new channels, referral pipelines, and reach. Internship Program - Psychology & allied students - Own the program end to end — sourcing, selection, supervision structure, evaluation, and conversion. Professional — ELEVATE - Practitioners & learners - Participate in and co-deliver CPD-accredited training; contribute clinical content and facilitation. SWISS & CREW - Schools & corporate teams - Support certification cycles, workshops, and counselling delivery alongside the vertical heads. What You'll Do Partnerships & ecosystem development - Source, qualify, and close key partnerships across schools and school networks, universities and psychology departments, corporates and CSR teams, NGOs, professional associations, and practitioner communities. - Run outbound end to end — build target lists, open conversations cold, pitch, negotiate terms, and move agreements and MoUs to signature with the leadership team. - Own the relationship after signing: onboarding, review cadence, renewal, and expansion into new campuses, verticals, or tiers. - Represent My Safe Spaces at conferences, education fairs, CSR forums, and professional events. - Maintain accurate pipeline and partner records in the CRM; report on pipeline, conversion, and partner health to leadership. Internship Program - Manage the Internship Program end to end — cohort planning, sourcing from psychology and allied departments, screening, selection, and offer roll-out. - Build and run the supervision structure — mentor pairing, learning outcomes, hour tracking, and evaluation aligned to academic requirements. - Own the intern experience: induction, regular check-ins, feedback, mid- and end-of-term reviews, and completion certificates. - Build university and department relationships that turn the program into a repeatable pipeline, and identify interns worth converting into associate roles. - Ensure every intern engagement is documented correctly — scope, duration, stipend, and supervision — in line with MSS policy and applicable law. Professional — ELEVATE - Participate in ELEVATE programs as a learner and, over time, as a facilitator or co-facilitator. - Contribute to curriculum, case material, and CPD-accredited content, drawing on your own clinical practice. - Support cohort recruitment through your ecosystem relationships, and help lift completion, satisfaction, and re-enrolment. SWISS & CREW support - Support SWISS school and network accounts through certification cycles — onboarding, stakeholder engagement, and renewal conversations. - Support CREW corporate clients — coordinate and, where qualified, deliver workshops, awareness sessions, and counselling touchpoints. - Work with the vertical heads on at-risk accounts and escalations, bringing a clinical lens to sensitive situations. Clinical practice & duty of care - Deliver counselling strictly within your scope of competence and training, and under appropriate supervision. - Uphold confidentiality, informed consent, safeguarding, and escalation protocols, including obligations under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023. - Keep commercial and clinical relationships appropriately separate — a counselling relationship is never carried into a sales conversation. General - Perform other duties as assigned in support of the mission, the programs, and the growth of My Safe Spaces. What We're Looking For Required - A postgraduate qualification in Psychology or Counselling (M.A. / M.Sc. / M.Phil in Clinical, Counselling, or Applied Psychology) with supervised counselling practice. - Minimum 3 years of combined experience spanning outbound relationship-building — partnerships, business development, institutional outreach, or community mobilisation — and psychological counselling. - Demonstrated comfort with cold outreach: you can build a list, open a conversation with a stranger, and follow it through to a signed agreement. - Experience running a program, cohort, or team — interns, trainees, volunteers, or similar. - Strong communication and stakeholder skills across very different audiences — principals, HR heads, academics, clinicians, students, and parents. - Good organisation and CRM discipline; comfort w
