About My Safe Spaces
My Safe Spaces is a mental wellness platform serving four verticals — Schools (SWISS: Student Wellness and Institutional Safety Standards), Personal, Workplace, and Professional. We combine assessment, technology, and human-led programmes to make mental wellness accessible across institutions, organisations, and individuals.
Role Overview
The Founder's Office Intern works directly with the Founder's Office on go-to-market execution across the brand. This is a high-ownership, fast-paced role designed for someone who wants front-line exposure to how an early-stage wellness venture finds, converts, and grows its audience — spanning telesales, digital marketing and social media, and sales/business development support.
Key Responsibility Areas
A. Telesales & Lead Engagement
- Run outbound and follow-up calls to leads across verticals — schools, corporates, and prospective programme participants.
- Qualify inbound enquiries, book demos and discovery calls, and drive webinar and event registrations.
- Own reminder and show-up sequences before sessions to maximise attendance.
- Log every interaction accurately in the CRM and keep lead records and pipeline stages up to date.
B. Marketing & Digital Marketing Support
- Manage day-to-day social media activity across MSS channels (including @mysafespaces) — scheduling posts, stories, and reels in coordination with the content team.
- Support paid campaigns on Meta and other channels: asset hand-offs, basic setup, and tracking of reach, engagement, and lead volume.
- Coordinate deliverables and timelines with the external digital marketing agency.
- Assist with email and WhatsApp campaign execution and basic performance reporting.
- Maintain the content/marketing calendar and flag gaps or upcoming deadlines.
C. Sales & Business Development Support
- Research and build qualified prospect lists across the four verticals.
- Help prepare pitch decks, proposals, and outreach collateral for institutional and corporate leads.
- Support partner and channel outreach, including scheduling and meeting prep.
- Track the sales pipeline and prepare simple weekly progress summaries for the Founder's Office.
Who We're Looking For
- Strong, confident communicator — comfortable on calls and in writing.
- Organised, proactive, and reliable, with sharp attention to detail.
- Familiar with social media platforms and basic content tools (e.g. Canva); willing to learn paid-ads and CRM tools.
- Genuine interest in mental wellness, edtech, or building things from the ground up in a startup environment.
What You'll Gain
- Direct mentorship from, and visibility with, the Founder's Office.
- End-to-end exposure to a real go-to-market engine — from first call to closed deal.
- Hands-on experience across telesales, digital marketing, and business development.
- A meaningful role on a mission to expand access to mental wellness.
